Insurance & Pricing
We believe quality mental health care should be accessible. Here's what you need to know about insurance coverage and fees.

We are in-network with several major insurance providers and are committed to making care affordable for our patients. Our office will verify your benefits and help you understand your coverage before your first appointment.

Don't see your insurance listed? Please contact our office. Insurance networks change frequently, and we may have recently added your plan. We can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Understanding Your Benefits
Mental health coverage can be complex. Here are some key terms that may apply to your plan:
Copay
A fixed amount you pay for each visit (e.g., $30). This applies if your plan has met its deductible or doesn't require one for mental health services.
Deductible
The amount you must pay out-of-pocket before your insurance begins covering services. Many plans have separate deductibles for medical and mental health care.
Coinsurance
After meeting your deductible, you may pay a percentage of the session cost (e.g., 20%), with insurance covering the remainder (80%).
Our billing staff will verify your specific benefits and explain what you can expect to pay before your first appointment.
Self-Pay Rates
For patients without insurance or those who prefer not to use insurance, we offer transparent self-pay rates:
- Per Session: $125
- Complete Five-Session Program: $500
Note: Eligible for major insurance coverage. Contact our office to verify your specific benefits and coverage.
Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- HSA/FSA cards
- Check
- Cash
Payment is due at the time of service. For patients using insurance, you'll be responsible for your copay, coinsurance, or deductible amount at each visit.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we're not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still have out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Many patients receive 50-80% reimbursement from their insurance company when using out-of-network benefits. We're happy to help you understand your out-of-network coverage before your first visit.
Sliding Scale & Financial Assistance
We believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available for patients experiencing financial hardship. Please contact our office to discuss your situation confidentially.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other patients who need care.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full session cost. This fee is not covered by insurance.
