Core Principles
Spirit-Centered Healing
This model recognizes that we come to life with a spirit and a soul's purpose. When we are disconnected—unable to think or listen to our spiritual selves—we may develop symptoms such as depression or anxiety. True healing involves first recognizing the spirit within, then opening the doors to listening to that inner guidance with trust to act upon it.
Holistic Integration
The approach integrates traditional psychiatric care with spiritual insight, mindfulness practices, and adjunctive holistic healing modalities including acupuncture, yoga, herbal medicine, and homeopathy.
Individual Purpose and Direction
When we identify the negativity or thoughts that take us away from living our full lives and soul's purposes, we can begin to forgive and find direction. The journey becomes solidified, and the path is grounded.
Services Offered
Our sessions may include a blend of the following, depending on your needs and interests:
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy
A compassionate, evidence-based model that helps you connect with and heal the inner parts of yourself—bringing harmony and integration to your internal world. The combination of IFS and ketamine assisted psychotherapy can help us calm ourselves for a moment and go deep within.
Intuition & Inner Guidance
You'll be supported in strengthening your ability to tune in to your own intuitive wisdom, learning to trust the quiet inner voice that knows what's right for you.
Tarot as Therapeutic Reflection
Used as a therapeutic mirror, tarot offers symbolic insight into your subconscious mind, helping to uncover patterns, shifts, and spiritual themes in your healing journey.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
In a safe, clinically held space, ketamine can be a powerful catalyst for emotional release, deep insight, and spiritual reconnection. This treatment is offered with full psychiatric support and integration.
MDMA Therapy Preparation & Integration
While not providing the substance itself, Dr. Randall is trained in The Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) protocols for MDMA therapy preparation and integration, offering support before and after therapeutic experiences.
Psychedelic Integration Support
Dr. Randall offers compassionate support for individuals processing psychedelic experiences, including those who have participated in ayahuasca ceremonies. While she does not provide these treatments herself, she helps clients explore and integrate the emotional, psychological, and spiritual insights that may arise.
Psychiatric Medication Management
Dr. Randall holds full practice authority and is an ANCC certified Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and prescriber. She provides comprehensive medication management integrated with holistic and spiritual approaches to care.
Holistic Modalities
Drawing from extensive participation in acupuncture, yoga, nutrition, herbal medicine, and homeopathy, treatment plans may incorporate these complementary approaches to support whole-person healing.
About My Practice
Psychiatric Nursing and Spirituality honors the relationship between mind, body, and spirit—recognizing that true healing happens when we connect with the deeper layers of the self. It's not just about treating symptoms; it's about listening to the wisdom within and realigning with your inner truth.
At the heart of this approach is the belief that each person carries an innate soul's purpose and a guiding spirit. When we become disconnected from that inner knowing—due to stress, trauma, or life's many transitions—we may feel anxious, depressed, or out of alignment. The work we do together is about gently returning to center.
In our busy lives, we often lose connection with our inner voice, focusing on external demands while neglecting our own needs and desires. My practice provides a space for you to pause, go within, and connect to your soul's design.
Through therapeutic listening, intuition, and brief meditation practices, we work together to identify blocks or diversions that keep you from living in flow with your unique purpose. By reconnecting with your self's wisdom you gain clarity and direction to move forward purposefully in your life.
I offer a truly integrative approach to healing, drawing on both conventional and complementary approaches. My expertise includes psychiatric medications, energy healing, herbology, nutrition, and ketamine-assisted therapy. I can also recommend trusted practitioners such as acupuncture, massage, Reiki, and other specialized therapeutic approaches.
Together, we create a personalized plan of care that honors your whole being—mind, body, and spirit—supporting you on your journey of an integrated, self-directed life.
